„Loved it. Great location. Felt pretty upperclass from the moment we walked in. So fresh and so clean! From Rob F.“

„Clean and tidy, slightly tired.“

„Despite the weather it was wonderful. Would recommend however , perhaps a sliding door to enclose the kitchen and dining area, especially during the winter time, as it was quite exposed to the elements when the wind blew and not comfortable to sit and eat a meal at the table. Everything else was fine, and the outdoor shower was wonderful .“

„Wir hatten eine in die Jahre gekommene Kabine, wo hier und da der Rost ansetzte, der Bodenbelag sich löste und die Hochbetten machten keinen sonderlich stabilen Eindruck. Doch für eine Nacht vollkommen OK. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr bezaubernd und äußerst hilfsbereit.“

„Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean and tidy room. gorgeous country views, fully enjoyed the "special attention" from our hosts. The meals and service were amazing. Chef "Stewart" cooked beyond perfection! The spa pool was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 5 km trail walk around the property. A very calm, relaxing and safe feeling at this lodge. A highly recommend quiet retreat! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.“

„This is a beautiful country place. It has a lovely atmosphere and character. The outdoor bath is a great way to relax and enjoy the bird life or the stars if you are so inclined. There was lots of firewood and kindling for the wood burner. There were electric blankets on the bed which was great because we stayed in winter during a cold snap and a severe frost. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with an excellent gas hob. The carpeted floor and fluffy floor rugs helped with warmth and comfort.“

„Tidy little spot for a short stay to see Raglan. A short drive to downtown. Basic kitchenette and available grill. We ate out with lots of options in town for good food.“

„Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig mit Schafen, Eseln und einem quirligen Hund. Das Häuschen war sehr geräumig und sauber und die Gastgeber haben mich zum Dinner eingeladen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend und eine erholsame Nacht. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und lustig und geben ganz viele Tipps, was man sich in der Nähe anschauen kann. Insgesamt total empfehlenswert.“

„Great, relaxing place to stay. The hosts were very helpful and the accommodation was clean and well set up. “

„Very clean, quiet and beautiful view. Easy check-in and communication. Great location next to the river.“

„Have everything needed. Very clean. Good getaway. “

„A really lovely little hideaway and very welcoming hosts with the cutest little dogs, will absolutely stay their again when we are in the area“

„Great property on beachfront at the waikato coast. Nice place for 2 or 3 walks and a weekend of catching up. Impressed and all enjoyed out stay.“

„Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the ...
