„My husband, our two dogs, and I got away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago to enjoy our time in the woods. The cabin was perfect for our family and was just the right size. Never felt too crowded. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs on the fire pit and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The cabin was just isolated enough that we let our dogs run around off leash and enjoy. My only complaint is the size of the bed was a bit small and firm. Nancy was great to communicate with and very responsive. ...

Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. „The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.“

„Ray's cottage is an awesome traditional cottage. Cottage is clean and very well maintained. The stone fireplace and deck views were amazing. Cottage sits on a very nice large wood lot. Loved listening to the Loons in morning and evening. Excellent fishing lake, caught several good size large mouth bass and a few smallies. Great location and area to see all the local beautiful beaches, lakes and towns. I definitely recommend and want to return soon. Great place Ray!“
