Villa Carolyta is fully fenced and equipped with an automatic gate. In the large garden with a path leading to the house, everything is designed for enjoying the outdoors.
Trees, greenery, and a lawn make green the dominant color. Thepool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and a gazebo with a seating area for relaxing in the shade.
The spacious veranda with a portico is furnished for both outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as for relaxing comfortably on the sofa with large cushions.
There’s also a barbecue area complete with a fireplace and a wood-fired oven for baking bread, pizzas, and grilling under Puglia’s starry sky, as well as a dedicated play area with a basketball hoop and a soccer goal.
The interiors of Villa Carolyta are simple and cozy, ideal for friends and families on vacation.
The sleeping area consists of 1 quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
The living area includes a stylish living room with a sofa, smart TV, and fireplace, as well as an open-concept kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
Villa Carolyta also features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 30 per person.
- Pool available from June to September. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
