The entrance is into a cozy living room equipped with TV, 1 sofa bed and direct access to the veranda. The kitchen is modern and livable, well equipped.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is, finally, another full bathroom.

The villa is located on the Tenuta Bouganville property in the heart of Puglia, in Francavilla Fontana, a place rich in history, culture and breathtaking landscapes. In the surroundings the horizon is lost in fields of olive trees and vineyards, you can walk among ancient churches, elegant palaces and characteristic narrow streets that tell centuries of tradition.
The strategic location makes it easy to reach other wonders of the region, such as Ostuni, Martina Franca or the enchanting beaches of the Adriatic, ideal for relaxing days at the beach.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in the low season euro 300.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
