In the commune of Fox-Amphoux, Cocoonr offers this charming 34 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. There is also a 1,200 m² garden! Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180×200) and wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, secure, unheated swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool. Open from mid-May to the end of October. The pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost (€150/week). Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A lovely 1,200 m² private fenced garden.
- A 73 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A shared pétanque court

The house is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Sights: The Gorges du Verdon, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Châteaudouble, Sainte-Martin-de-Brômes and various visits to the most beautiful Provencal villages in the region.
- Sporting activities: Very close to the lakes, water activities, sports or quiet walks await you.
- Cultural visits: Thoronet Abbey, Moustiers earthenware...
- Gastronomic heritage: anchovy paste, lavender honey, tapenade...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private covered car park.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
