Diese wurde mir vor Ort umgehend erstattet, was für die große Ehrlichkeit dieser Leute spricht. Vielen Dank für alles, Thank you very much“

„Positiv war der freundlicher Empfang, Shwimbad, wlan, Klimaanlage, die Lage,..alles was man braucht ist da. An Sauberkeit soll sich Mühe gegeben werden und die Couch war leider ziemlich schmutzig.“

„Apart from the road to the home itself, we all were super happy! It was big enough for 14 adults, had enough space and a big big outdoor space with a great pool and possibilities to fine together. Cooking is a bit complicated with the kitchen‘s limited tools for such group sizes. We would wish for bigger pots and a dishwasher as it cost lots of time and water to wash per hand for so many people. Also we could not find a way to turn on all the outdoor lights but it was beautiful ...

„The castle was incredible. We are a small race team and we had a pre season test in Spain and needed a place all the new athletes could get to know each other, bond, train and generally spend time together and this we just perfect. Will look at booking for next year for definite. Thanks“

„Montemar is a smallish urbanisation near La Finca golf and centre. Surrounding area us very attractive and near to Guardamar beach and Spanish towns of Algorfa and Almoradi (which come alive at night. House is clean, well equipped, with lovely comfortable main bed, good air conditioning and small but functional kitchen. Pool is directly outside front door and is lovely but area can be a little noisy. Patios and roof terrace at back of house overlook a yard where dogs are kept, and didn't find ...

„We stayed here as we were attending a charity dinner in Sucina, and this lovely little casita is right in the heart of and literally a 2 minute walk from restaurants, supermarket etc. The photos and description don’t actually do the property justice. Beautifully decorated and Sam, the owner, was exceptional and has thought of everything and more that you could possibly need. Would highly recommend.“

„Villa okay , but pool pump very noisy at night, also brackets to hold curtains open look very nice But on first day cut my arm , was then worried 3 year old could cut his face or head on them as we’re at different heights not child friendly Due to arrive late at nite wish there was welcome package deal of essentials“

„The communication with the owner was prompt at all times. And the villa was accurately described, plenty of space, the pool was amazing, a big hit with our children. The aircon was a massive bonus for the 2nd week when temperatures shot up. A lovely row of restaurants and bars literally less than a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended, we are definitely considering coming back next year. Thank you“

„Beautiful clean house, all on one level, with two lovely walk in waterfall showers, everything was great, had literally everything you needed, only thing to mention is the bed in the main room was very uncomfortable, sloped off on all edges made you feel like you was rolling out, also only proper air con was in the master bedroom. So two bedrooms were very hot at night. I would recommend though and would stay again.“

Villa was exceptionally clean with beach towels, and bath towels, all good quality 👌 description of villa was accurate as seen in photo's.
