„My husband and I were in Adventura for business and decided to extend our trip to include some downtime along the quiet shores of Hutchinson Island. After searching for hotels and finding the on-island options to be quite limited, we turned to VRBO. This is how we found Wayne's condo in Ocean Village. „My husband and I like to take a little trip every month. I cannot say enough how GREAT the experience was in April for our visit to this location. There were touches everywhere that made it EXCEPTIONAL, from the communication before we checked in, to the thoughtful gifts from the host! The unit is immaculate, well decorated and well appointed. I was recuperating from open heart surgery and the thoughtful host checked in each day!“

„Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr überrascht, noch nie wurden wir so herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war beleuchtet, der Fernseher war an, Blumen standen auf dem Tisch und eine Flasche Wein dazu. Es war, als wäre man schon da gewesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für den nächsten Morgen stand Kaffe bereit. Es ist eine überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail.“

„This is a real dream ! The place is perfect, clean,cozy and everything you need is there. The beach 2 min walk is so perfect and so is the pool for the kids ! The patio is really a must and there is always things to watch while having a good meal ( golfer, rabbit, birds etc!!!) The beds are especially confortable. Really an amazing place and the owner is really helpfull. Chairs and kids toys for the beach are available. We will return for sure !“

„We would highly recommend Ocean Village and this unit. The location is convenient to town and many activities. The onsite restaurant and bar is unique and enjoyable. On days when the weather was iffy, the pools were a perfect backup. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Furniture and bedding was all comfortable and we enjoyed the view overlooking the golf course and sunrises.“

„Ruth’s place was perfect for our family. The condo is well-stocked and met all of our needs. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a crockpot! „Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. „Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alles war wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir waren sehr froh über die durch Fliegengitter geschützte Terrasse, was uns ein angehmes Sitzen und Essen im Freien ermöglichte ohne Stechmücken, Eidechsen, Frösche etc. Leider war der Trockner kaputt. Doch Herr Foreman hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und auch umgehend einen Neuen besorgt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. ...
