âOverall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. âThe breakfast was amaizing!!! The room had heating, i turned radiator down but nice if u like heat... the bed was very close to the tv on wall so getting to yhe otherside of the bed you are banging into bed.
But rest brilliant, fabulously comfy bed and affordable.â

âThe room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!â

Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road.

âAmazing is an overused word. Was visiting apprentices in the port. Phoned to say would be very late. Kept kitchen open had very nice steak. Then went to suite. It was huge. Kitchen TV room, with everything including washing machine, and shower room. TV in living room and bedroom. View out the window directly to countryside. Nice breakfast. â

Shower cubicle is only small & my other half is a big guy so he struggled a bit & the towels werenât very big so Iâd take my own bath sheets when we come again. Very clean only a double bed so again was a squeeze but comfortable & clean. The heating was on in the hall way so that was a shock as it was very humid & its the warmest spring everâ
