„Location Location Location! It was perfectly situated where I needed to be! Visited my grandma for her 92nd birthday who was in local nursing home. But she's lived in TV for 27 yesrs prior. So, I know location is everything. Overall the rooms worked well. Kinda tough in one room with bunk beds for adults, but this home is also active with home owner. But it worked. The access to golf cart is a major plus, we didn’t use it because it was a quick stay. But definitely a plus if I was staying ...

„We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. There was just the two of us but the house has plenty of room for a family or group of friends or other couples. Thanks for a fun stay!“

„Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.“

This location is close to Silver Springs which our family kayaked. We also held our annual combined Christmas and Easter celebration. Only a couple small conveniences were missed - no filtered water with the refrigerator or via the sink (no ice maker either, but there was bagged ice in the freezer), no cutlery or decent ...

„Host was extremely accommodating with our requests for extra help. He responded immediately, usually within 15 minutes, to each request. This location was perfect for us as we attended a Celebration of Life service for a dear friend. I would highly recommend this host and any of his properties.“

Everything at the property was perfect, with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The view of the morning sunrise over the lake is spectacular.
