„Incredible stay!“

„The place is very good, it's clean, but they should go before the non-refundable payment because there's a construction project next door and the noise is horrible ; without a refund it's impossible to change; additionally, the people who clean every day leave you a note thank you for the tip; they don't pay you or what? They don't make you a daily room; in summary it would be a good place once the construction is finished; but they should correct the cleaning staff asking for money daily.“

„2:20 p.m. in the hotel, check-in was refused because it only opens at 3 p.m., even though the room was free. But congress members (>30) were allowed to check in. Then they said they would check what was possible, but they just lied and played for time. I understand that checking in at 11 a.m. is not possible and costs extra, but 30 minutes earlier is possible at all other hotels if the rooms are available. The room looked completely different to the pictures, the bed must have been very old, ...

„Nettes Hotel, gut gelegen. Personal super freundlich und tolles Frühstück. “
