„Loved it !“

„This is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful. I loved the rooftop area where we had breakfast a couple of mornings. This property is also in a great area for walking, shopping, and dining. My husband had his passport and CC’s taken at a concert early in our trip, and the staff went out of their way to help him get an appointment with the embassy and organize the paperwork he needed. We also did the spa at the sister property down the block, and it was wonderful. Highly highly ...

„El concepto de las bebidas de cortesía, súper bien“

„This was a great find in a great neighbourhood. The staff were superb as was the accommodation. The owner came over to welcome me which showed how much he and the staff cared about the customer“

„This was by far the coolest hotel in the best location with the best staff and ambiance“

„Traumhaft schöne Suite! Bett kann man herausschieben! Super nettes Personal. Parkplatz 50m weiter. Rosetta Restaurant ist fantastisch. “

„Stayed a few times now, and love it here. Very clean. Good sized rooms. Quiet. Centrally located. All the things. I will return.“

„Nancy was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property was beautiful and the restaurants were delicious. I would stay here again.“

„Lage ist Top! Mitten in der Zona Rosa von Mexico City. Angel de la Independencia ist fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr sichere Gegend. Zimmer war geräumig (vielleicht etwas zu dunkel gehalten) und das WIFI funktionierte gut und schnell. Frühstück ist Kontinental!! Also Brot, Wurst, Käse, Müsli und Obst. Komme gerne wieder“

„aussicht auf den angel und die stadt mexico“

„Great location, cute little boutique hotel, everything brand new. Nice rooftop bar as well as a separate martini bar on the second floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of place to stay in central Roma district.“

For example the security box in the room and the AC all had to be repaired after checkin. The most annoying thing is the noise level. Even with closed doors (6h floor) to the balcony one could think you are standing on the street. Earplugs are already provided but the noise level is very high. The bathroom is tiny and there is nothing to put shampoo etc on but the ...

„The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.“

„Incredible hotel and the staff is even better… The level of hospitality they helped us with was absolutely above and beyond. From helping with transportation all around the city, to and from airports and to and from the Formula One race… To helping lineup birthday cakes and balloons and flowers for each of the ladies for all of our rooms… And countless other moments… This hotel is absolutely top-notch.“
