Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, obwohl wir wahrscheinlich nicht dem typischen Gasttypen entsprechen ( eher rockig, waren zum Metall Konzert in der Stadt). Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre.
My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. “

„in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again.“
