This exquisite 4-bedroom stone villa offers a tranquil retreat for up to 8 guests. As you step through the villa's welcoming entrance, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living area that seamlessly combines modern convenience with a warm ambiance. The spacious living area boasts comfortable seating, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the warmth of a cozy fireplace on those crisp winter evenings. Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped and modern kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the expansive dining table, which comfortably seats 8, and share memorable meals with family and friends. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the dining area provides a perfect setting for convivial gatherings. Upstairs, the villa offers three elegantly appointed bedrooms and a main bathroom. The main bedroom, adorned with a comfortable double bed, is a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. Its ensuite bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower, adding a touch of opulence to your stay. A second double bedroom and a charming twin room complete the upper level, each thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep. For added convenience, a fourth double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. Outside, the villa is enveloped by the enchanting Cypriot forest, where towering pine trees create a picturesque backdrop for your stay. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
