„Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten keinen Duschvorhang im Bad. Nach dem Nachfragen, wurde dieser prompt gebracht und montiert. Das Hotel hat einen Shuttelservice in die Stadt. Das empfanden wir als sehr positiv .“

„Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Beach House und haben unseren Aufenthalt seh genossen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe hatte es eine Beach Bar mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen und gutem Essen und zu Fuss erreichbar. St. Augustine ist bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar und es hat genügend Parkplätze. Wenn man eine Trolley-Bus bucht, kann man das Auto dort stehen lassen und bezahlt nichts.“
