This cosy, bright and intimate charming flat will be your ideal nest to discover and fully immerse yourself in the culture, history and art of this splendid ancient city and spend a holiday in the most authentic heart of our wonderful Florence.
The apartment, which has a double bedroom and can accommodate 2 people, overlooks an internal courtyard and therefore maintains absolute tranquillity despite being in the liveliest part of the city centre.

Situated in Via della Pergola, an ancient street between the districts of Sant'Ambrogio and Santa Maria Novella, where the theatre of the same name is located, this romantic apartment has just been renovated:
The careful restoration has enhanced the traditional details of the ancient building, creating a perfect mix of antique and modern furnishings. The wooden beams of the ceiling, the stone framing the entrance to the living room and the bright colours of the furniture give this apartment a romantic, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Moreover, the warm atmosphere of the flat and the splendid view of the Duomo dome from the windows alone are enough to reward us for the steps taken to get here.

In front of us is the bright living room with a view of the cathedral dome, furnished with table and chairs, TV and a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you wish (oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka, kettle, etc.).

The cozy bedroom is decorated in soft colours with stylish armchairs and a walk-in wardrobe.

Since we are located in an area with limited traffic, our guests arriving by car can park at https://parkingduomo.it/ or at the Fiesolana municipal car park (https://fiesolana.parkings.info/it), 400 metres (5 minutes walk) from the entrance to our building and forget about the car, as all the main attractions of Florence are within a 5 minute walk.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Teatro della Pergola, Piazza del Duomo, Galleria dell'Accademia, Museo dell'opera del Duomo, Piazza SS.Annunziata, Museo Archeologico, Museo degli Innocenti, Basilica di San Lorenzo, Medici Chapels, in a street, Via della Pergola, rich in historical and artistic value with its precious 17th-century theatre still in activity, and its noble palaces.
Not far away are the ancient neighbourhoods of Sant'Ambrogio and San Lorenzo, with their homonymous churches and lively markets where you can buy local products to taste or take home as souvenirs.
