The Space:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building without an elevator (about 80 steps), but once you arrive you’ll be rewarded with an unforgettable view of the Duomo and the hills of Fiesole. Perfect for 2–4 guests, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area with a sofa bed, a cozy double bedroom, and a complete bathroom.



The real highlight is the private little terrace: a special corner where you can enjoy breakfast with a view or a glass of wine at sunset. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all modern comforts will make your stay both pleasant and relaxing.



Guest Access:

Here at Florence Charming Apartments, we are always on hand to offer you all the support and assistance you may need, although you will be able to access the apartment entirely independently thanks to our self-check-in system, which also includes self-registration of your ID documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and the latest technology.

A luggage delivery service is available on request between 10 AM and 5 PM (extra service with an additional fee).



Our office is open every day from 9 AM to 6 PM. Outside these hours, and in case of emergencies, you can contact us via chat or phone: the first available operator will assist you.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
