Beautiful home base for Florence
The property is as quaint as the pictures depict. The decor is modern and colorful, and the apartment is spacious and well-appointed. We had our four older teenage kids and our friends from Germany all comfortably fitted into the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful balcony, though it was a bit too hot out for us to use it. The air conditioning was critical because we stayed during the heat wave. It is a short walk to the downtown area, and there a multiple nice cafes along the way. There is also a grocery store right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. There wasn’t any flexibility to check in early due to the required cleaning procedures, but there is a nice lunch restaurant that early arrivals can use to pass the time until check in is ready, with plenty of room for bags. Alberto was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our stay, answering questions very quickly and offering support while we were there. All in all, a beautiful place to stay when visiting Florence!
