A 2 star hotel with a 3 star price
Pros: 1. Very good location, proximity to monuments and museums, located very near the train station. 2. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, willing to help and give tips. Luca was the counter staff during our stay. Cons: 1. The breakfast is very simple. Staff was overwhelmed over the year end holidays. 2. The toilet in room 115 couldn't flush properly, it needed a few pumps. 3. Bad noise isolation. You can hear people talking next door. 4. Rooms were under-furnished for a 3 star hotel. There are no hangers. I would not return. In my opinion, this is not a 3 star establishment.

Gute Lage - leicht Erreichbar
Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Florenz zu erforschen. Unser Zimmer ging in den Hinterhof mit einem kleinem Fenster - aber im Sommer sind die Fensterläden sowieso geschlossen. bei 36 Grad hilft da nur noch ein wenig Klimaanlage. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder benutzen. Es war so weit in Ordnung. Preis/Leistung für diese Lage war zu diesem Zeitpunkt jedenfalls gut.

Gute Lage
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Rezeption sehr hilfreich bei Problemlösungen (Safe klemmte - wie geht der Fernseher - nur Italienische Sender). Steckdosen zum Acculaden - nur dünne Stecker mögliche (Adapter nicht vergessen wer eine Verteiler braucht - ansonsten nur die Steckdosen der Nachtischlampen und im Badezimmer verwendbar. Ein Spezialfall die Dusche: Nur bei genügend Wasserfluss rastet der Umschalter ganz ein - sonst vibriert das ganze Haus. Die Lage wirklich gut! Preis Leistung war jedenfalls sicher in Ordnung.

ペレートラ空港からトラムですぐそばまで行けるのでとても楽。大きい荷物がある人には本当におすすめ。シャワーの出もとても良い。 朝食もサービスで食べれるのでお得感はあります。 設備自体は古いですが綺麗に掃除してくれてます。

A great location just 10 minutes walk from the main station, 2-3 minutes from many restaurants and the San Lorenzo market, and about 10 minutes to the Duomo too. Everything is easily walkable, yet the hotel was still quiet despite its central location. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful.

Luca greeted us and explained the area to us when we arrived. He made us feel welcomed into the establishment. Our room was great, bathroom spacious, everything very clean. Their breakfast has many choices and staff available. Location couldn’t be better. It is so close to the train station it made our travel in and out of Florence easy even with a few suitcases. Restaurants, galleries, the beautiful fountains, bridges, churches, and shopping all in walking distance. We were very pleased with booking this hotel, and would do so again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for accommodating our stay.

This was an excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and very brightly pained, but we had no view from our room and did not open the curtains for the whole stay Our first morning we needed to leave early on a trip and they made a packed breakfast which was gluten free and very good Breakfast on the other days was good as well with gluten free options We did find it a very old fashioned place and might look for something a bit more up to date but as we only used the room to sleep it was not a ploblem

Hotel bom, porém, com atendimento razoável
O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável , tem bom café da manhã, com diversas opções, próximo a estação de trem e de restaurantes no centro histórico, porém, só não vou dar nota máxima pois o atendimento deixou a desejar, desde o recepcionista , até a moça que atendia no café da manhã, que não falavam nem bom dia, pareciam que estavam sempre de mau humor. Assim, caso um atendimento hospitaleiro não seja uma exigência, tampouco obter informações e dicas de como se locomover e lugares para ir, o que é comum em hotéis em cidades turísticas, recomendo.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso l'Hotel a Firenze e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella e a pochi minuti a piedi da alcuni dei più importanti luoghi turistici della città, come il Duomo e il Ponte Vecchio. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, con tutti i comfort moderni che ci si aspetta, come la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e la TV a schermo piatto. Il personale è molto accomodante e disponibile a fornire informazioni e consigli sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti nei dintorni.

Location is great but the hotel’s look and rooms are straight from the 40’s. It definitely needs a lot of refreshing. There are weird smells and the carpet just look horrible. The "breakfast" is simply disgusting, even the coffee is bad (and we are in italy). We didnt ate there. I simply wouldn’t recommend this place.
