This is a gorgeous hotel built in an old palace. The staff were very helpful and took the time to make sure our stay was memorable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking! You do need to take 3 flights of stairs but it is well worth it!

What a great stay!!! We couldn’t have asked for better! The staff were absolutely amazing, providing us with all the information we needed and going above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Definitely don’t miss the rooftop terrace for gorgeous views of Florence! Everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect location to explore the city. Well located central to all of the main sites, quiet at night, beautiful rooftop terrace! Only downside is it's 3rd floor location with no elevator, think of it as working off all of the Gelato you have been eating!

Pictures of rooms and reception are misleading. It is clean and the best asset is location, just a five minute walk to the Duomo, 10 minute walk to Santa Croce, 15 minute walk to Piazza di La Signoria and 15 minute walk to Galleria Della Academia. Giuseppe at the reception desk is awesome, great help and assistance during our stay.

This hotel was nice. The staff were really helpful, the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We really liked that they had a water/juice and coffee machine that was free to use. The location was also very convenient. The rooftop terrace was also very nice with a great view.

The hotel is located on the third floor of a building, which definitely allowed us to get more steps in. The hotel itself is clean and up-kept, our room wasn’t large but it allowed for enough room to move around a bed, desk, and armoire. Daily cleaning was provided which was greatly appreciated. The staff offered suggestions on sights to see and helped us with our bags upon check out. They were very helpful for any questions any of the guests had. While we did not spend much time on the roof top terrace, it was spacious and offered amazing views of the city.

The property is located in a three story building and the rooms are all on the third floor with no elevator, so that is a challenge. The staff is amazingly helpful and really went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The roof top space is small but offers amazing views. The coffee is good. Rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. Bathroom was large and beautifully updated. Location is great for walking to the main attractions. Beds are very comfortable.

The location is topnotch and very central. The hotel is on third floor so expect the steps. The walls are thin and noise could mess with your sleep but the reception provides ear plugs on request. The bathroom was renovated and was fantastic. The A/C was very good. Expedia description noted that breakfast is included but it wasn't; rather there was some treats, biscuits, croissants, and cookies in the morning. There is a coffee machine and juice machine available at all times. It has a rooftop with great view over Duomo which was awesome.

Wow! We appreciated the staff sooo much. They were so kind to help us with the luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Beautiful 1611 building with lots of history. Free beverages and breakfast available with kind staff who helped us a lot!

Room felt very clean, the man who greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and funny and gave us some good tips for our stay in Florence! The balcony was lovely, as was the terrace. The bed wasn't the MOST comfortable but it was totally fine. AC was nice and cold, and the free coffee and juice was a lifesaver! Overall really enjoyed my stay. :)

Location was amazing! Room was clean and very comfortable. Absolutely loved the rooftop balcony and view of the Duomo from there. Staff was friendly and again location was the absolute best! I would definitely stay here again!
