Welcome to our Art Nouveau-style apartment in Florence, located on Viale Redi, just steps from the tram stop. Ideally located slightly outside the city center—5 tram stops from the main train station and 6 from the airport—this is the perfect base to explore Florence while staying in a calm area.

Ideal for families and groups of up to 10 guests, the apartment includes 4 bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: double bed+ una poltrona letto- IDEAL FOR A CHILD OR BOY • Bedroom 2: double bed • Bedroom 3: double bed + armchair bed, IDEAL FOR A CHILD OR BOY-with private bathroom and street view • Bedroom 4: double bed, with private bathroom and rear-facing view (quieter)

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are interconnected, both facing the street, and share one bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a wooden dining table with chairs.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a bright enclosed veranda.

The apartment’s design is inspired by the Art Nouveau movement and a historic Florentine magazine called Scena Illustrata, focused on art, entertainment, and sports. You’ll find vintage prints, works by Alfons Mucha, and original magazine pages throughout.

Bathrooms are decorated with elegant Art Nouveau-style tiles, combining historic charm with modern comfort.For families or groups of friends.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a condominium building with an elevator. Please note that elevators in Florence, given that the buildings date back to the 1970s, are small, so if you're a group of 10 people, you'll have to use them twice. To avoid disturbing other residents, please respect the condominium rules.

We use a moka pot for coffee, Italian-style coffee; we do not have Nespresso or other coffee makers.

For those booking for 8 people but also requiring single beds, please specify this or book directly for 9 or 10. The cost is €25 per night for each single bed.
