Apartment PonteVecchio Signoria

The apartment was completely renovated in June 2014.<br>It features all the necessary amenities. The interior walls are adorned with original 17th-century frescoes, and it is located in a fantastic spot in the exclusive historic center of the city. Landmarks and museums are within a 10-minute walk.<br><br>Guests have access to the entire apartment and all amenities. The kitchen is equipped to meet every need: for breakfast and cooking, it features a microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, tea kettle, toaster, American and Italian coffee makers, pots, dishes, silverware, and glasses, etc.<br>The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi; “Daikin” air conditioning in all rooms; independent heating; and soundproofed windows. The mattresses and pillows are memory foam and Made in Italy, manufactured in Colle Val d’Elsa (Tuscany)<br><br>If you wish, early check-in is available starting at 10:00 AM, when you can leave your luggage in the apartment. Once we’ve explained how everything works, you can pick up your keys and explore the city. Check-in is at 2:00 PM; if the apartment is ready earlier, we’ll let you know in advance via message.<br><br>The apartment is located in the heart of Florence in a building dating back to the 1500s and 1600s. It’s situated in Piazza della Loggia del Porcellino (its popular name), which is actually called Loggia del Mercato Nuovo. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main museums, squares, landmarks, and works of art.<br><br>For example: When you exit the building:<br>- 30 meters to the left, you’ll find yourself in Piazza della Signoria, home to the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio; if you continue for 70 meters, you’ll cross the Ponte Vecchio.<br>- On your right, you’ll find the path leading to the Duomo, which is a 3-minute walk away<br><br><br>- VERY IMPORTANT: Please let me know your arrival time for check-in and the bed arrangements in the two rooms.
