The Space:

The apartment features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a spacious open-plan area with two sofas, a relaxing TV zone, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower.



The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, providing an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. From the windows, you can enjoy a partial view of the Duomo.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 3th floor, accessible via an elevator starting from the 1st floor (one flight of stairs to reach the elevator).



Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM with detailed instructions provided for easy access.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within Florence's ZTL. If you're arriving by car, we recommend using a paid garage that will register your license plate to avoid fines.



ELEVATOR: The building has an elevator starting from the first floor, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach it.





During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
