Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage. Guter Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr zufrieden. Die Gestaltung der Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich und machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas sehr besonderem.

Sonia in Florenz.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, alles war sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist Original, aber manchmal für unseres Geschmack zu dunkel. Wir hatten das Zimmer "Heaven"-sehr schön. Ich habe das Zimmer "Hell" auch gesehen. Es hat mir gefallen. Frage ist, wenn man länger bleibt, ob das nicht zu viel ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, Bett komfortabel, Personal freundlich.

Amazing!
It was our first stay at a 25hours Hotel, but it was truly fantastic. Our room was amazing (hell), and each design detail was meticulously followed through across the building. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The location is central to everything and all great spots are on walking distance. The surrounding area is fantastic, lots of tight streets and small shops. The only fly in the ointment was the mostly cold Capuccino/espresso due to the long waiting time during breakfast service. Over all a very pleasant stay and we would choose 25hours Hotel again for a stay in Florence.

We absolutely loved our stay at 25hours in Florence. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It also had a great cafe, bars and restaurant on the property. Only complaint was that our towels were not refreshed after our first night, but other than that would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. So different and distinct in styling. Loved the red bedroom. Bathroom products were excellent and nice touches with some complimentary treats. The lounge area was nice to relax in after a long day sightseeing, with a glass of Prosecco. Great location. Would definitely come back.

Great and quirky hotel with very friendly staff. Only had 1 meal at the hotel which was ok but preferred to eat out. Gym facilities were excellent but got very busy in the morning. Size of balcony was disappointing, room for 1!

We stayed in Hell. It was hilarious. Really good fun and completely whacky. Hotel is really convenient for all places of interest. Staff were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition, nice and spacious as well as being decorated to a high standard. The addition of a free mini bar was an excellent added bonus too! All other facilities at the hotel were well maintained, including the gym, sauna, and also the cinema, which made the experience even better. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel, however, we did have a drink, and the drink and service were again to a high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent: very near the centre/ central tourist attractions, near plenty of restaurants/ shops, and also not far at all from the station. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Overall, you cannot go wrong with a 25Hours hotel. My only complaints would be that the thermostat was difficult to configure, and I wasn’t able to reduce it from 23c, making the nights a little uncomfortable. Additionally the pillows on offer are all soft and large, not great if you’re used to slightly firmer ones, as they did not offer any alternatives. Otherwise, the property itself is great; quirky, unique, well kept. Good facilities, nice dining areas, a great cafe and bakery.
