„We've been coming to Flippin Arkansas for 30 yrs, & this is by far THE BEST Place we have ever stayed. It is Peaceful & the view of the water is just Majestic. The host was so generous & allowed us to stay another night since it wasn't booked. This is where it is at folks“

„This property was perfect for our group. We had six 13-15 year old boys along with three adults from a mission based organization called Faith Excursions For Everyone where we spread the Gospel of Jesus through outdoor excursions. The basement was PERFECT for the 6 kids to sleep in and each staff had their own room. The campfire area was just what we needed for our evening devotional time and the large yard was great for yard games. Being right on the river made our daily float trips easily and ...
