Diese schöne Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 BĂ€dern liegt nur 15 Gehminuten vom lebhaften provenzalischen Dorf Flayosc entfernt, einem traditionellen Bergdorf, das als Tor zum Haut Var bekannt ist. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen eigenen beheizten Pool. Sie ist privat und gerĂ€umig und bietet komfortable WohnrĂ€ume im Erdgeschoss mit offenem Schnitt. Zwei Schlafzimmer und DuschbĂ€der befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und bieten eine ideale Unterkunft fĂŒr Personen mit eingeschrĂ€nkter MobilitĂ€t. Die herrlichen, gepflegten GĂ€rten bieten eine Vielzahl von RĂ€umen zum Entspannen und Genießen. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer im Freien mit bequemen Sofas im Schatten einer ĂŒberdachten Pergola. Es ist ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr einen Sundowner. Es gibt einen Gasgrill und auf einer nach SĂŒden ausgerichteten Terrasse neben dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheiten fĂŒr mehr als 8 Personen, ebenfalls mit einer ĂŒberdachten Pergola fĂŒr Schatten im Sommer. Es gibt eine weitere SĂŒdterrasse außerhalb der KĂŒche / Essbereich. HĂŒbsche Sets von Tischen, StĂŒhlen und Liegen rund um das Anwesen bieten verschiedene Perspektiven, um den Garten und die Villa den ganzen Tag ĂŒber bei Sonnenschein und Schatten zu genießen. Der beheizte Pool mit Sicherheitszaun misst 8 x 4 m und steht ausschließlich der Villa zur VerfĂŒgung. LiegestĂŒhle stehen auf der Poolterrasse bereit. Ausgereifte StrĂ€ucher und Hecken geben PrivatsphĂ€re. Es gibt einen Bouleplatz fĂŒr dieses wichtige Boulespiel, und eine Reihe von Boules ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist umzĂ€unt und ĂŒberwiegend ebenerdig. Die GĂ€rten sind mit ausgewachsenen StrĂ€uchern und kleinen BĂ€umen bepflanzt, die Schatten und PrivatsphĂ€re bieten. Flayosc ist ideal gelegen, nur 30 Minuten von der Autobahn A8, etwa 1 Autostunde von Nizza entfernt und auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Mittelmeer und der Gorges du Verdon. Hier gibt es viel zu tun - SpaziergĂ€nge auf dem Land durch Weinberge und Olivenhaine; Probieren Sie die lokalen Weine (viele gute DomĂ€nen in der NĂ€he von Lorgues und Les Arcs) und genießen Sie frische Produkte von den farbenfrohen MĂ€rkten. Besuch der vielen charakteristischen Dörfer und StĂ€dte in der Umgebung; sowie eine Reihe von Orten von historischem Interesse. Die nahe gelegene ehemalige Bahnstrecke ist ideal zum Radfahren und Wandern und gehört jetzt zum EuroVelo-Radweg

Lovely house, pool and surroundings! Perfect for two families with children, as there are two (or actually three) separate sleeping areas with their own bathroom. Had some problems with the dishwasher, which needs to be fixed or replaced. Judith (manager) was very helpful. Overall a very lovely holiday in La Belugue - would definitely come back another time!

Fabulous villa, beautiful area

My husband and I visited for a week in May with our children, aged 6 and 8, and our parents. The house was the perfect size, with very comfortable beds and three bathrooms between the 7 of us. The highlight had to be the pool, which was lovely and big, a good temperature and well equipped with pool toys, sun beds and umbrellas.The child gate was a great safety feature.Several outdoor seating areas with plenty of space in the shade meant we ate almost every meal outside in the beautiful weather. Despite the heat the house stayed cool and was equipped with air conditioning units.The house had everything we needed to cook, as well as plenty of books, DVDs, leaflets for local attractions and toys/games. We enjoyed using the boules set!Flayosc village centre is walkable from the house, although there is also a free car park for a quicker trip to the shops. We loved the market on Monday morning, and bought delicious fresh pastries every morning from one or other of the boulangeries. We also ate delicious meals at both Cafe du Midi and another local restaurant in the town square.For days out, we enjoyed visiting les Grottes de Villecroze (troglodytes caves, waterfall and a playground), l'Abbey de Thoronet (with a nice gift shop) and a walk around Chateaudouble with incredible views down the gorge.Travelling down to Flayosc was an adventure. After getting the Eurostar to Paris, we slept on the night train, arriving in Toulon then hiring a car. 1 hour ish to Flayosc.

Perfect location

We loved everything in the villa, the pool was perfect, the air conditioning was working fine, the outside has everything you need to relax. And the villa is walking distance form Flayosc, with its market and the nice little shop. We really enjoyed our stay, and Judith helped us in everything, with good suggestion e tips and tricks to make our holiday here something to remember.

Fabulous week in Flayosc

We have had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa that was perfect for our family holiday. The villa had everything we needed and the gardens were so relaxing with multiple well thought out seating areas and the wonderful pool. Flysoc review

Lovely villa in suburbs of Flysoc. 10-15minute walk or an easy 5 minute drive. Great pool and the house is really well set up, well thought out and easy to use. The host was great - friendly and really helpful and all of us agreed we would come back here.

Une maison qui a totalement répondu à nos attentes

Cette résidence est encore mieux que sur les photos puisque les chambres ont été récemment rénovées et que la maison dispose en tout de 3 salles de bain, avec chacune ses toilettes. L'extérieur de la maison est trÚs agréable et propose toutes les commodités nécessaires à un beau séjour. De plus la villa est simple à trouver et se trouve dans une région superbe, entre les Gorges du Verdon et les plages du Sud.

A well-appointed and spacious villa with extensive outside facilities

We are 4 active pensioners who enjoy visiting places of interest on holiday, and Flayosc proved to be a great location. Each day of our 2-week stay was hot and sunny, so we appreciated the patio doors in both kitchen and lounge during the day, and the air-conditioning at night. Our days began with a trip to the boulangerie in Flayosc, followed by a drive to a village, or place of historic or geological importance. We would return for a late lunch on the covered verandah, chill for an hour or so, before taking to the pool for a relaxing swim. Evening meals were prepared using the gas BBQ located just outside the kitchen. Flayosc is just a 15 mins stroll, and we sampled 3 excellent restaurants in the evening, La Cigalon, La Fleur de Thym and Le Nid. The market on Monday morning is worth a visit for fresh produce, but we mainly shopped at Carrefour in Draguignan which was a 15 mins drive. The holiday would not be complete without a superb scenic drive along the Gorge du Verdon via Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, and a boat trip from Ste-Maxime to St-Tropez on Les Bateaux Verts. Why not take the 45 mins ride that visits the Bay of Canoubiers where the mega-rich reside. In summary the villa provided everything we required, and Judith could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The only challenge we faced was from the mosquitos which took a particular liking to 2 of our party. As you would expect, there was a choice of repellents available. In summary, we had a most enjoyable holiday and the villa rating is fully justified.

Large pool, great outdoor areas, comfortable accommodation with all mod cons and very well equipped. Local town good and only 20 min walk. Need to drive but can reach a lot of different areas in 1hr - 1.5hr (distances not far but roads quite windy). We did Cannes, Nice, St.Tropez, Gorge du Verdon and much more.

Exceptional Villa

Had a great 2 weeks at La Belugue. All the facilities you could need for a great holiday. Fantastic pool which the children loved and spent hours in most days. Lovely terrace to sit on for lunch/dinner and plenty of seating areas around the Villa to avoid the sun. Nice new seating area which we used a lost in the evenings. Torn between spending time at the Villa and getting out and about and seeing some of the sights. The Village of Flayosc is only a short walk away and has a variety of shops and restaurants with a market on Monday mornings. Judith was very helpful and booked a restaurant at Chateaudouble (La Tour). Lovely scenic drive and great views from the terrace of the restaurant along with a great meal. A must is a trip to the Verdon Gorge - fantastic views but be careful if you don't like heights !!. We arranged a rafting trip on the Verdon river but you do need to book in advance. Overall a terrific couple of weeks

A wonderful relaxing place to stay with everything you could possibly ask for.

We took our 3 adult children and a boyfriend (now fiance!) on holiday. We have just returned from a week at La Beluge in blazing sunshine and soaring temperatures! The swimming pool was a wonderful resource, and very well used! The grounds of the house are perfect for these sorts of temperatures with plenty of shady areas as well as attractive poolside sunny parts. The house itself was lovely and spacious and cool with very effective and quiet air-conditioning - meaning that nights were very manageable. Judith was extremely helpful and efficient at solving minor issues for us making our stay extremely easy and relaxing. Flayosc and surrounding area was quiet and seemed fairly untouristy - would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quiet relaxing break.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful area.

La Belugue is a lovely villa with everything you need ( and lots more beside). Our family spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and there is an excellent air-conditioning system if needed.I don't think the description mentions the balcony outside the first floor bedroom from where there is a lovely view. The pool was especially welcoming after a long day out sight-seeing. The area is beautiful with loads of lovely places to visit.A week wasn't long enough - next time we hope to stay longer ! Judith met us on arrival and was very helpful showing us around the property, telling us to get in touch with her if we had any problems but we had none. All in all we had a lovely holiday and will certainly recommend La Belugue to our friends.

We stayed a week in this comfortable cottage in Flayosc. Quiet location but easily walking distance into the village which has a small but perfectly adequate range of shops, couple of the essential bakeries, small village square with a couple of restaurants. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Wifi and english digital TV were a great advantage. Pool is a good size but there are quite a lot of large ants around which find themselves joining you in the pool - so kids were useful to clean it out on a regular basis. Lots of places to eat outside the property - the shade was welcome as it was really hot the week we were there. We went to St Tropez on the boat from Port Grimaud (which is a lovely place) - took about an hour to get there but worth the drive. Beware the windy roads and go to Tourtour - absolutely beautiful. Salernes market on a Sunday is a must - a real French market - not that many tourists with some fabulous food on offer rather than lots of dodgy handbags. We didn't eat out while we were there but the recommendations in the book in the cottage give some good ideas of where to try.
