„I really enjoyed my stay at this house. The location is outstanding. I was able to walk to the village where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. I was in town for golf and there may not be a better place for a huge variety of courses. You also have things like grocery stores/Walmart just a few minutes away by car. Any golf course in the area you want to play is no more than 15-20 minutes away from this property. Property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend this property if you have a small group or travel as a couple. “

„Check in was super easy. Kitchen was decently stocked with utensils, pots, pans, choice of plastic or glassware. We brought and bought all our food. Didn’t think about storage for leftovers or wraps, press n seal, tin foil. A light over the sink would be a great feature. “

„Came for US Kids week, great house for the Talamore Course or Pine Needles. Quiet street, nice remodel, covered parking, covered rear patio. Excellent water pressure, comfy beds, big TVs with streaming. Door code is emailed to you automatically 2 hrs prior, so don’t worry ! Big front yard, very close to grocery store & Jersey mikes! (6mins). About 11 mins to the parade, 18 mins to Legacy. Pro tip: AC vents are all along the floor, make sure you check and ensure they aren’t closed or blocked! ...

„I highly recommend this rental. The owners communicated often leading up to and during the stay. The house was clean and ready for our stay. The location is great as it is easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. We will look into renting this again if we return to the area.“
