„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. „My son was getting married over Memorial Day weekend on the beach in pierpont. This was the perfect place to stay! We also had our dog with us and the yards were absolutely awesome! The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!“

„Love the place, the listing should probably be up dated with correct Wi-Fi instructions & check out requirements. Water heater died & we were without hot water for 24 hours. Called property management & they responded immediately. Had a plumber out same day & once found the correct part had it up and running. They were very helpful & responsive. Great location & grandkids love the short walk across the street to the beach“

Host provided instructions how to turn on heat, after we arrived and inquired about the temp, but the instructions referenced labels on the pool equipment that were not there and thus we didn’t feel comfortable trying. Plenty of towels - however host instructions (received after arrival) state that it was our responsibility to wash ...

„House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place“

„In Oxnard gibt es schöne Strände und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten . Die 101 ist schnell zu erreichen und Oxnard liegt nur 1,5 Stunden von LA . Die Fahrt dorthin ist Horror , immer viel Verkehr! Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum ! Ein Ort zum entspannen .“

„I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us.“
