„Rooms were clean, property was close to a few amenities and the shopping mall and the price of the apartment was great. Communication at times were hindered but the language barrier.“

„Tolle Unterkunft an der Bay und gutes Essen. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, ein Traum!“

„Amazing breakfast and early check-in“

„This eas my third and last time at that place. There was no remote control for the A/C. One of the downlights was broken. The safe had to be fixed too (the electric closing mechanic was bad). Worst: Could not receive Internet (room 412). After trying for 45 minutes, I asked for another router (that they provided). It takes 15 minutes before warm water starts. They never smile and delivered a cold welcome. The only thing I like was the matress, which was very comfortable.“

„Das Hotel ist sehr schön und relativ sauber. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse. Was mir aber nicht gefallen hat waren die langen Wartezeiten am Aufzug. Und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war die Ausstattung im Zimmer sehr schlicht (TV hatte nicht mal Internet/Streaming Anschluss). Daher gebe ich nur 3 Sterne“

„Friendly staff but sometimes problems in communicating in english. Good breakfast in beautiful restaurant area. Nice bar, gym and pool area. “

„We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.“

„Zimmer groß geräumig aber etwas veraltet inzwischen. Frühstück sehr gut. Wäsche Service leider recht langsam. Insgesamt in Ordnung. Pool sah nicht mehr gut aus. Aber das Hotel wird gerade renoviert“

„For the price we shouldn't complain and the room had an Airco. But in general the breakfast was moderate and the parrot in the house guaranteed an early wake up call. The owners didnt communicate much and had a limited level of English. The staff working there was friendly and efficient although they only spoke spanish. The layout of the social area made it a bit hard to feel at home, but maybe that is us. Two tables being permanently claimed by smokers didnt help either. Overall it is a safe ...

„das zimmer war ein okayer guter Standard. Leider war das Hotel aber mitten in der Renovierung. Die Aufzüge fielen aus. Roomservice bestellt welchr nie ankam, Telefone auf dem Zimmer gingen nicht.“

„Zentral gelegen, hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal “

„Having read the partially negative reviews after having made the booking I was pleasantly surprised! The room and bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast might lack a little in respect to variety but was fully adequate in terms of quality. Coffee, tee, orange juice, fruits eggs, toast, meat, potatoes, pancakes…In my view more then enough When consumed things were filled promptly. The front desk was friendly and I was given a room on the back side of the pool (416) where I heard no noises ...

„Gutes Hotel, mit gutem Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.“
