sehr schönes Riad
Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit Atmosphäre. Uns gefiel die ruhige Stimmung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zum Teil rührend aber es fehlt an Professionalität. Uns hat es auch gefallen, dass zum Frühstück nicht das gemeine Buffet serviert wird, sondern jeden Tag was neues, was marokkanisches. Ich würde auf jeden Fall das Riad weiter empfehlen, würde wahrscheinlich sogar selber wieder kommen aber man muss eben einige Abstriche machen. Im Bad roch es ziemlich muffig und während des Aufenthalts wurde, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr oberflächig geputzt.Müsste nicht sein..

Never ever a five star hotel /not welcoming at all
We found the most inacceptable service ever. Already at the first night, we had a huge discussion going on, because we checked in before check-in-time and he really wanted to charge us an extra night for that. The riad is beautifull without any question, but the rooms smell old and not in any way meet the standards of a five star hotel. Especially the cold water that needs a long time till it turns warm in the bathroom was an absolute no-go. Overall you wont get a lot of comfort in this majestic place...raher a quite medieval moroccan impression, that can be charming but is for sure not worth the price. And the man on the reception is the unfriendliest person, we met during our whole stay.

Riad Myra is absolutely beautiful and is in a fabulous location. Ibrahim looked after us very well and made sure that all of our needs were met. He organised a very knowledgeable tour guide for us, for our washing to be done and an early breakfast prior to departure. The hammam experience at Riad Myra was fabulous and relaxing. I would highly recommend Riad Myra for anyone staying in Fes.

5 star stay. Excellent experience. Amazing staff. A royal experience. We were a group of guys and landed late into the night but management had contacted us prior for airport to riad accommodation. We were greeted by extremely courteous drivers at the airport. Entering the riad, walking into the rooms, waking up to the beautiful courtyard and greeted by amazing staff with incredible breakfast - is an experience of a lifetime. For couples, friends, just about anyone.. you won't regret this beautiful place. While we had never been to a riad before, this place actually felt like home, warm and cozy. Morocco can be overwhelming especially the Medina and the markets and the tourist traps on the streets but this place is an oasis. Have nothing less to say. We had dinner multiple times and it was good. Dessert is the best!

次は違う部屋に宿泊したい‼︎
とても素敵なリアドです。ただ、他の方も書いていたように、3階のお部屋は不便で、隔離されたようなところにあります。早めに予約したのに少し残念でした。浴室は広くて素敵ですが、チェックインの時は何も臭いませんでしたが、翌朝はキツい匂いがします。 メディナの大通りに近くて分かりやすく、プチタクシー乗り場も近いです。

I got a warm welcome when I arrived at Riad Myra, and my room was great. The bathroom was also very nice, and both room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. For breakfast, homemade yoghurt was among all the tasty things I got. Riad Myra is a very beautiful riad, located close to the Blue gate. The riad has a very kind, service minded and helpful staff, I will always remember my stay there, and can definitely recommend Riad Myra to others travelling to Fes.

밤늦게(10시 이후) 숙소에 도착했습니다. 호텔 직원은 우리를 매우 친절하고 정중히 맞이했습니다. 우리는 차량을 이용해서 페즈에 도착했고, 호텔까지 약 50미터를 짐을 끌고 가야했습니다. ‘왜 이런 위치에 있는 호텔을 예약 했을까’ 잠시 후회를 했었지만 호텔 입구 문이 열리고 우리를 맞이해주는 직원을 만나자마자 그런 마음은 깨끗이 사라졌습니다. 직원은 우리를 먼저 편안한 소파에서 쉬게 했고, 여행에 지친 우리를 안정되게 해주었습니다. 마치 집에 온 것처럼 그들은 우리를 집주인으로 생각하게 해주었습니다. 훌륭한 인테리어, 편안하고 깨끗한 방, 친절한 직원...그리고 다음날 아침 중정에서 맞이하는 아침과 아침식사는 새로운 세상을 만나는 기분을 들게 했습니다. 이것이 모로코의 매력이라면 푹 빠져도 좋을 듯합니다. 어떤 요구에도 그들은 친절하고 신속합니다. 훌륭한 교육과 진심어린 서비스를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 참고로 차량을 이용하는 경우, 호텔과 약 50미터 떨어진 외부 길가에 주차를 해야합니다. 그 곳에는 주차를 안내하는 젊은 친구들이 있습니다. 믿고 맡기면 다음날 체크 아웃시까지 차량이 잘 관리되는 것같습니다. 저 또한 그렇게 했습니다. 조금의 팁(약 2유로)이면 충분 합니다. 짐이 많은 경우 그 친구들이 호텔까지 짐을 옮겨 줍니다.

Great stay!
The Riad was just perfect. We booked two rooms and both were in excellent condition and beautiful. Minibar was full, one room had a bath and one with a shower but lovely traditional setting. Breakfast in the morning was great with fresh orange juice, coffee, mint tea, variety of Moroccan bread and eggs with fresh olive oil. Location was also great you have a few coffee shops and small shops to buy drinks etc only steps away from the riad but bab boujloud or ‘the blue gate’ is roughly a 4 min walk so super close. You have all the shops and small restaurants around there as well. Overall this is a great place to stay. If you’re usually a person who likes nice hotels but don’t mind a touch of traditional then this will be perfect for you. Also the beds are super comfy with lovely bedding.

While Riad Myra is architecturally stunning as most riads in the medina are, the praise stops there. When we checked in, we were taken to the only room on the third floor, which may once have been a maid's quarters and seemed to be the only room that did not have a view of the beautiful courtyard. When I inquired if we could pay extra to have one of the lovely room on the second floor, I was told they were all booked even though the doors on 2 rooms were left open at night and we could see they were empty. For laundry service, they charge appx. $4 per shirt. I was told alternatively that I could drop my laundry at the laundromat down the block and it would be much cheaper. Unfortunately, the laundromat was still closed at 10am when I left with my guide for our tour. My guide suggested that Ibrahim could drop off the laundry when it opened as a courtesy (for which I would have tipped). He responded that it wasn't the hotel's responsibility but would take it as a courtesy. When I returned he told me he took it and they were closed. I found out from my guide later that he lied, the laundromat was open and he never bothered to take it. Worse, he did not smile at us even once during our stay and looked sullen and put out by us. We went to the roof at night to see the view and found workmen who were renovating it bathing in a fountain because they were apparently living there while it was under construction!! I heard scraping chairs above my room all night. There must be better!

We treat every Customer as our guest and with utmost respect . You room was Omar a beautiful large room with large bathroom and we were full to upgrade you in a suite . Concerning the laundry every guest house can choose the price to charge we dont oblige anyone to do there laundry with us and the employee is not allowed to take anything from you to a laundry mat in the city so we are not responsible if any damage occur to your clothes this is standard policy for all the hotels in the world We treated you with utmost respect and all the employees tried there best to make you happy I'm open to constructive critics but this NO . The riad is beautiful and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious! Breakfast was very good with fruits. One thing I didn't like was that the bathroom vent was a bit noisy.
