Villa Mallia A is a modern and graceful two-story apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villa Mallia A you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Mallia A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Ferrara, where you will find restaurants, shops and the train station. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the bus stop at 400 meters (1300 feet). You will reach Villa Mallia A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

Villa Mallia apartments are part of a small complex consisting of 4 rooms and 2 apartments. It can host up 23 people.
Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool has a circular shape, has a diameter of 5 meters (16 feet) and is deep 70 centimeters (2.2 feet). The area is equipped with an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Available for a fee, if desired:continental breakfast;pets;use of the wellness room;baby bed;check-in after 8 pm. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 2.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). The garden is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with deck chairs, sun loungers and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Verandah
The verandah is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the garden through an external access. You will find tables and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.
Wellness room
At the complex you will find a wellness room with a sauna and a shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. From the wellness room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Dining Room
The ceiling of the dining room has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window. The room also has a high window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has no windows.
Mezzanine Level
In the dining room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 16 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), as well as two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is sloped. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room through an access area.
