Inside, the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal — salt, pepper, oil, and locally roasted coffee beans included to fuel your mornings. The dining table seats four, and the living area offers a comfortable couch and armchair, gas fireplace, smart TV, and ceiling fan to keep things breezy.

Head up to the loft and find a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens. A ceiling fan will keep the space cool on warm summer nights, with portable fans also on hand.

The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and locally made soaps for a touch of Fernie charm. A stackable washer and dryer are located in a closet in the entrance hallway.

Heading to the mountain? A ski locker is available on-site — just bring your own lock.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
