"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage! Man kann das Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen und in die Innenstadt laufen (ca. 30 Min) oder die Bahn nehmen, die fast vor der Tür abfährt. Mein Appartment war groß und gut ausgestattet. Ich hab mich ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt."

This was never mentioned during the ordering process, making the extra costs an unpleasant surprise on the final bill. Summary: The food tastes good, but the lack of a buffet and the hidden charges for basic items like extra coffee—without any prior warning—felt like poor service. Combined with the aging rooms, it makes for a stay that doesn't quite live up to its potential."
