„This is a great getaway. The house sits on the point of a peninsula with beautiful lake views from the deck or lounging room. Lake Augusta is a beautiful spot, great for paddle boarding or kayaks. The boating isn’t heavy and the wind does have much effect. The cabin is beautiful with a touch of rustic and comforting. Definitely recommend. “

„We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there ...

„This is a beautiful house in a serene, peaceful neighborhood close to amenities. It was the perfect rental for our large group to decompress while we put on a wedding at a nearby venue for my son. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in the area.“

„It was everything we wanted and more. The game room was a perfect place to get out of the sun and let the kids play. The hosts were very responsive. The house had a lot of space, never felt crowded. We had 6 adults and 4 kids(2 yr- 10yrs). The lake is high but still caught fish and played in the water. Highly recommend!!“

„Amazing long weekend at Julia Lake. The cabin is just as described and the hosts are fantastic. We enjoyed coffee on the dock, kayaking, bonfires, and exploring the surrounding area. Pam and Leigh were friendly, helpful and gave great advice as to where to get a good meal, and glass of wine. We will definitely be staying at this cute and cozy cabin again and recommending others to as well.“
