„I stayed at Ivan's villa in Belgrade and it was amazing. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had everything I needed. Ivan was a great host and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious, and the outdoor area, and the SPA was perfect for relaxing. The villa was also in a great location for exploring Belgrade's sights and attractions. I highly recommend staying at Ivan's villa for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.“

„All communications were prompt, polite, clear and helpful. The apartment is centrally located near Kalemagden Park. The tram stop, many bakeries, and supermarkets are a 5 mins walk. All Belgrade highlights are a 10-15 mins walk. The building is dated but the apartment is nice with a nice old times vibe. It is exactly as given in the photos. At our request, the owner arranged an early check-in for a nominal fee. The check-in and check-out was smooth with the keys kept in a safe next to the door. ...

„Sehr geräumiges Apartment, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens. Kleinere Supermärkte und Bäckerei gleich in der Nähe, zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten ist es nicht weit. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Zu bemängeln sind nur Kleinigkeiten: es gibt nur sehr wenige Steckdosen im Apartment und die Lichtschalter sind äußerst unpraktisch angebracht, außerdem ist das Haus etwas hellhörig.“

„This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. The flat is next to a great bakery and 2 blocks from a large open air farmers market making fresh food and baked goods every day an easy pleasure rather than eating in restaurants. „Super nice apartment/room with friendly host. We stayed for five nights but they never cleaned once. The bed was very uncomfortable (hard) but over all a very pleasant hotel.“

„Otel konum olarak çok merkezi değil, istiklal caddesi gibi olan asıl yere yürümek 15-20 dk alıyor. Ama konumu da kötü değil. Ekonomik oda secmistik oda çok küçüktü, komodin bile yoktu telefonu koyacak, lavobada fön makinesi var ama.priz.olmadigi için şarj olmuyordu. Bina eski olduğu için hamam böceği çıkıyordu sürekli, banyodan 3 gece de 5 tane hamam böceği öldürdük,l. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi, çok yardımcı oldular. Oteli çok tavsiye etmem. “

„Die Bella Mare Apartments sind im oberen Bereich von Zemun BG, ich bin jeden Tag zu fuss runter zur Donau 5,5km. Die Gastgeber sind Tierfreundlich, ich war mit meinen zwei Katzen unterwegs. In der Rezeption wird Serbisch und Englisch gesprochen. In der Umgebung sind verschiedene Restaurants ( Kafanas ), Einkaufmöglichkeiten, auch Tierarzt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fazit: sehr zufrieden :-)“
