„Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!“

„We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful custom beach house in The Shores Subdivision. The property was exactly as described — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, it easily accommodated our group of 8, and everyone enjoyed the privacy and comfort.The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
