We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We also had a problem at first because we thought the a/c didn't work and it was hot. However, our host responded promptly to our issues& was helpful, especially with the a/c.
