„Bed bugs in upstairs bedroom!!!Unfortunately we had a terrible experience both during and following our stay. During the stay the air conditioning was not functioning properly and we were forced to use portable AC units that didn’t get the temperature below 78 in the house.Three people sleeping upstairs had bed bug bites and upon searching the two beds we found numerous bugs. „This place was amazing! We came to Richmond for a funeral and had a total of 22 people traveling from every corner of the US. We had about 10 people stay at the house and everyone slept great. It was a perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy nature after it warmed up a bit. The firepit was so much fun, the lake was beautiful to look at and the kitchen was spectacular to entertain for a feast! The place is very close to town for any last minute groceries. „This a really neat studio apartment above a bakery. The place has great "vibes." The apartment was great for us as a couple. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Potential renters should know the property is on the second floor and there is a flight of steps that need to ascended to reach the unit. My one minor complaint would be that the shower is tiny. If you are a larger person, you may have some difficulty showering here. Again, this is minor. The place is great.“

The tub was a deep soaking tub for anyone wanting that luxury. The dining area had a coffee and tea bar. The hosts were quick to respond. It was the perfect space for our weekend visit.“
