„Yes the apartment had issues with water stains on the curling and mold in the corner. Fridge had not been properly cleaned and still had crumbs in it. The heating wasn’t working and the hot water for showers was inconsistent. Overal it wasn’t what the pictures represented“

„There were no locks on both door to the balcony that did not lock. No towel holders or hooks anywhere in the house for bath towels or any other clothes item. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We said we were four people and they only gave us three bath towels. The pullout bed in the living room was like a rock to sleep on. The map shows the house where the car park is, when in fact the house is not where the map says it is. The landlord said the map shows where the residence was and it wasn’t. ...

„Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended.“

„Wir waren mit der Grösse der Zimmer zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut, wie auch draussen wegen der Strasse. Kein Kontinentes Frühstück, aber wer Bohnen, Speck, Nutella & ? gerne hat, sei gegönnt. Pluspunkt; Zug gleich in 5min. erreichbar (Super!) “

„The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.“

„What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided.
