„Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! “

„Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!“

„Booked this property for a family vacation and it did not disappoint! The house itself was wonderful and the property manager / owner were both very responsive to anything that came up. We were a bit concerned that there were only 2 bathrooms with one in the main bedroom, but it ended up being very manageable and not a problem at all. It was also really handy to have a store right across the street so we could cook daily and pick up groceries. Highly recommend staying here! “

„Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It is perfectly situated for views of the water. The back deck was a perfect location to take it all in. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated. We did some kayaking and biking. Located close to Block Island Ferry, beaches and some great seafood restaurants. We had an amazing trip.“

„My family and another family rented this house for a week and had a wonderful stay! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us. It was so easy to walk into town for a blocksicle or to say hi to the cows by the rotary. We enjoyed having the option of cooking in or walking over to the Atlantic Inn for food and drinks while the kids explored the Abrams farm. We hope to come back again in the future!“

Luckily, we had wonderful weather so mostly stayed at the beach, however the home comes with games, books and even ping pong. We loved having first floor laundry. "Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
