„Alles in Allem ist das Hotel ok. Die Zimmerausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings hat das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl, sodass man die Koffer die Treppe nach oben schleppen muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Andere Dinge, wie den Pool, den man beim Frühstücken im Blick hat, haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.“

„Arenza, the property manager, was present for us from the moment we arrived until four days later when we left. The property was clean, safe and centrally located. Arenza's cheerfulness and professionalism made the stay particularly enjoyable. You'll like nearby "Cup of Java" for coffee and breakfast.“

Amidst the pressure and chaos of moving from one home to another over the past month, my husband, two dogs, and one cat have cherished Serenity Place and hosts Steven and Katie (and sweet little pooch, Addy) for the oasis of peace and tranquility they have provided. „I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It was spacious and had many places to just get away for working or just getting in some downtime. Everything was in working order and comfortable and I was especially impressed with all the updates to the bathrooms and flooring. Having an indoor pool allowed us to plan our days better whether rain or shine. The convenience of a short drive to the downtown and river front was also a plus. "Wenn jetzt auch noch das Reinigen des Zimmers (Staubsaugen u. dgl.) zuverlässig geklappt hätte, würde ich glatt 5 von 5 Punkte geben. Ansonsten könnte man bei langzeitparkern wie wir (> 14 Tage) es waren, auch beim Preis entgegenkommen, denn 15 $ pro Tag summieren sich dann schon. Sogar in der Mall of America, die übrigens nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt, gab es Bereiche, in denen kostenlos geparkt werden konnte. Vielleicht noch beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas mehr frische Produkte anbieten, um mehr Abwechslung zu ermöglichen."
