The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! “

„I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway!
