„Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is an older beach house but has all the ammenities you will ever need. You literally only need to pack your clothes and groceries. The location is perfect for the fishermen looking for a basecamp or you can enjoy fishing off the private pier. We had plenty of luck crabbing on the pier and just off the pier with our traps and enjoyed crab and redfish for dinner both nights of our stay. „Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us ...

„Second time staying here and had a blast. We love the area and caught a bunch of fish. No big ones this time but lots and lots of small to medium size trout both sand trout and speckle trout. Will definitely try to come back again.“

„Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es ist zwar alt aber sauber und ziemlich instand gehalten. Die Umgeist sehr ruhig. In der Nachsaison haben wir kaum Menschen gesehen. Das mag aber auch an den heißen Temperaturen gelegen haben. Diese haben uns dann aber verleitet Baden zu gehen..Schwimmen unter freiem Himmel im Oktober ist schon genial. „We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches here and there. I would stay again. Thank you!“
