„It was right in the thick of things and near everything. You can hear the train horns in the distance, and it had a nice big green yard. Also had a large deck but we had rain the whole time we were there, but it will hold a lot of people and had a dining table out there. Worked great as near all the family we went to see. “

„Small living area, so not great if you have more than two people and want to watch the TV. Great recreation area to use. We mainly used for sleeping only. “

„Wonderful property in Clarksville about 7 miles from Marshall. Beautiful country setting. Very nice house with a great outdoor deck and patio. Unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. “

„There were 8 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. The boat was a perk we really enjoyed! We fished, we cooked, we laughed. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of great blue herons. Some played pool and some played pacman while enjoying records on the turntable. Highly recommend this place!“
