„Beautiful home with cool features in a great neighborhood. Very comfortable beds! The washer and dryer were an added bonus. Great communication with owner. Easy to access and friendly neighbors. Close to everything in Evansville. Loved it!“

„Easy arrival process. There's construction so that makes the street parking a tad difficult but the area felt very safe. Only down point is the heavy walking from prople upstairs, but thats typical in apartments. “

„We had extended family staying together for a funeral. House was spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels for everyone and the owner never replied to my request for two more towels. Also, railing to enter the house is very loose and not usable, which made getting up the front steps unsafe for an older uncle. “

„The listing is beautifully decorated however there are some underlying flooring issues. The sub-flooring is falling in underneath the faux hardwood. There are lots of holds & the wood is rotting. Cleaners clean with strong chemicals to cover rotting floor smell. “

„My 3 friends and myself enjoyed our yearly trip. This year we celebrated our 30 years of friendship. We spent the whole weekend just lounging in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. The place was wonderful, we even saw a mother deer and her 3 babies in the yard. Great place to just unwind and enjoy life. “

„Need handrails on stairs. TV didn’t have any info TV didn’t function properly (Unable to use for hours, blank screen, screen blurry for several hrs) Bed was fabulous!! “

"I kinda missed reading that the parking was at additional cost which was kind of a bummer considering the high prices per night. We didn’t have much choice in places to stay so this was the most adequate option. Though I’d say for what you pay the bathroom should have been way cleaner! Anyways if I’d have to go to Evansville ever again I guess I’d stay there "
