„Pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The unit had everything needed. A nice kitchenette fully stocked for preparing meals. Comfortable seat with fireplace and TV. Beds provided great sleep. Whirlpool in bathroom was a plus. Back porch right along Ohio River. Enjoyed sounds if nature and barges going up and down river. Very restful and relaxing. “

„This is the cutest little place! The owner was great and their store next door had local grown meat from their farm. It was delicious. It’s very close to the river, so nice views down the street. We loved that the owner refurbished this place from the old laundry mat. Very well appointed. “

A few tiny issues with a few ants in one bathroom, the door code apparatus, and the other bathroom's sink seems to leak a little around the hot water handle. Otherwise, the washer-dryer combo was convenient and effective, the showers were fine, and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and freezer were great. Close to many downtown locations.“
