„Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout“

Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer). Otherwise the home was cozy, centrally located, and had gorgeous oceanfront views. Thank you for opening your home to us! “

„We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response ...

„This house was great & had everything we needed for a vacation! We loved the hot tub & the covered front porch. The chairs on the back deck were really nice too. The weather was cool so we didn’t use the pool but we looked at it & it was good. There are beach chairs under the house which was perfect for us since we didn’t have extra room to pack ours. There’s a water hose on each end of the house as well to was your feet & in our case spray off the windows of our vehicles bc they got terribly ...
