The home was as described and just right outside of Memphis which was a huge plus for our travel needs. The neighbors were friendly and courteous and the neighborhood was quiet. We did not plan to spend time watching tv but did take a look to see what might be on. For those who look forward to tv viewing, you will not find much available during your stay. „Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms.“
