„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. Cassie was awesome to deal with and we enjoyed our little corner of St. Kitts for 10 days. We will be back!“

It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.“

„We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.“

Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.“

„We love Calypso Bay Villas. This villa was wonderfully relaxing. While no one was onsite when we arrived, we appreciated the easy communication with the property manager. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when stores were closed, so we appreciated that the host left fresh food in the fridge.“

„So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die ...

„Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening“

„This cottage was exactly as in the pictures. Except, the view are even BETTER than the pictures. I spent hours on the back terrace. I will never like showering indoors again!! The lounge was nice and right on the beach. Yellow and Sharon were very kind. Neither island is very cluttered with people.“

„The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.“
