"Awesome oceanview, very nice. We visited this hotel during low-season (March/April). Service level is reduced since almost no customers. However, the staff did what they could to offer well crafted drinks and arrange taxi pickup service. The place itself has come into years of service. A general renovation of several details such as floor tiles, lights, bath ventilation needs to be upgraded."

"We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service."

"Man merkt schon in der Lobby, dass es sich nicht um ein klassisches Radisson handelt - eher dunkler Raum mit irgendwelchen Boutiken und die Reception ist nicht beschriftet. Ich wollte Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen, konnte aber kein Menü dazu finden. Sehr negativ: ich fand viele fremde Haare auf meinem Kissen, das war eklig und ein Zeichen dafür, dass die Bettwäsche vor mir nicht ausgetauscht worden ist. Positiv: das Zimmer war groß und relativ modern eingerichtet."

"Das Morgenessen war einfach schrecklich Einfach nur Toast und Butter das genügt einfach nicht für diesen Preis erwarte ich ein bisschen mehr.es essen nicht alle das einheimische frühstück.ansonsten war es sehr nett"
