„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). „The place was as described, not huge but perfect for 4 women on an overnight trip for a concert. Clean, comfortable, very nice kitchenette area. Convenient to subway (2 blocks I think) in a walkable, well lit neighborhood. Host was prompt in responding to a request to drop our bags off prior to check in (although we ended up not arriving until check in) and the individual that greeted us when we arrived (she provided cleaning services but also lives in the building I believe) was absolutely ...
